FOODSERVICE / PROCESSING - CRUMB TOPPINGS & MELTS
A great way to jazz up any meat, fish or poultry is to add a topping. Mr. Crumb has developed a range of crumb toppings and melts to suit any dish. Toppings are placed on the relevant product before placing in the oven for cooking. Below is a list of just some of the toppings we have available but remember to contact us if you need a bespoke recipe topping:
- For Fish: Cajun Crust Topping
- For Pork: Mozzarella & Chilli Melt
- For Chicken: Cheesy Italian Topping
- For Steak: Cheese & Garlic Buttercrust
Toppings are also excellent for finishing bakes, pasta dishes, etc.
